Been meaning to come here since they opened finally got around to doing it, and I'm not disappointed the service here is wonderful and the I got to try the "lefty Lucy" red ale and it was great. Looks like I'll be stopping here alot more often. Love the atmosphere and it's just so comfortable. I highly recommend. *Update 2nd visit the argonaut lager is great and they are having a comedy show so this will be a great night. Still highly recommended!4th visit in a week this time having a "Swilled Dog Hard Cider - pumpkin patch cider" it's like happiness in a blanket try it while they still have it.

The aesthetic of this place is awesome. If you've been in Fairmont and havent visited Joe N' Throw, you're missing out.The classic coffee shop feel, local art you can buy, pottery class, local beer brews. They have it all.

Great morning coffee and comfortable atmosphere. I'm a fan of the Americano (right in photo), my wife prefers the Chai Latte.

We've visited twice and had a blast both times. Highly recommend. Wonderful and informative pottery instructors. The cafe and pottery studio complement each other beautifully.

Im from virginia beach, and there is no.place like this! I love it so much. Such a cool vibe and the prices for a mocha latte, Amazing! $3.25 for a big giant cup/bowl with a pretty design. I wish i could lift it up and fly it down here!ca

Very cool, relaxed place to grab a light lunch, coffee or a unique piece of art by a local artist! We stopped in for a light snack on a weekday morning (10:30am) shared a sandwich, got tea and a cocoa. Cocoa was fantastic! Highly recommend. Will definitely be back for a cocoa and to grab an artists print for our new home!

Great coffees, great WV craft beers on tap. Just a nice place to kick back.

Hands down the best coffee around! This place takes coffee to the next level. Staff is absolutely amazing and their coffee sings to my soul. Their food selection is always palate pleasing and their beer selection is just phenomenal. I love that they do different things in there to keep things spicy like band nights poetry readings and even offering pottery classes. I just can not say enough good about this place! Highly recommended!

The name of the establishment tells you what goes on there. One can have a great cup of coffee, and one can also create pottery. There are classes. They have a real kiln. It's downtown Fairmont, so have change for the meters.

Lovely atmosphere and great for doing homework as a college student. Service is great, the staff is polite, and plenty of different setups for your choice to enjoy company or just relax by yourself.

Really enjoyed our experience here! Relaxed in the cafe before our pottery class. Carol was a lot of fun and a great teacher. We had a blast working with clay and want to come back with the kids.

Love this place!! If you're coffee obsessed like I am, and have to have it every day, but you only like espresso-made fresh coffee, this is the place.. I only wish they would expand their menu, like their location in buckhannon! A good variety of Soups, salads, sandwiches.. even burgers would be great!!

Not what I expected. Probably better for beers or coffees. It looked like they had excellent coffee and brewskies. More of a quick snack place. Really cool that they have pottery classes open to public.

Everything was very good! Great BLT tacos, w side of tortilla chips & a corn n veggie salsa.And they wisely sell Parkersburg Brewing Co beers - yummy! Oh & took their Tiramisu home -- el delishio!! Kinda pricey ferr a lunch but very good!

Always fast, good coffee and great desserts.

I just left and this was my last time coming here... I've tried to make it feel like a nice place to sit and have a coffee to relax, but honestly the staff is just rude. They are only nice to people they know, and when you try to just be nice and start a conversation, they are short and just not friendly. Then I go sit down and as I am reading on my phone the barista and her friend at the counter say something and both look over at me like I did something. I say bye and have a good day to the two baristas, and they dont even look because they are too busy conversing with friends. Overall I've came here over 30 times in the last year, and its slowly gotten worse. The coffee and beer are good, but I did NOT have this problem in Buckhannon at their other location, and honestly I'd rather just drive from Fairmont to get treated like a human being. I'll be driving to Jerry Dove from now on for Starbucks.

I come here pretty regularly, around once a month, and have always received great, quick service. They have a good selection of both beers and coffees. I hope to try one of the pottery programs in the future.

An amazing place for friends and dates!! Always stay here for hours and drink their coffee. The coffee is more bitter than sweet which gives it the true coffee flavor and i love that. :) 10/10

Did a pottery class tonight with my wife, and had a ton of fun. I definitely think we'll be trying again.... especially considering it was tougher than I thought it would be to make an attractive mug.---One of the best additions to Fairmont I can remember. The folks there are awesome. They are friendly and helpful. And the people being the best part is pretty impressive once you try a cup of coffee or have a great local beer. The Cowboy Caviar is good too!

My family and I are visiting the area from North Carolina. We really enjoyed the coffee shop. The cold brew (black) was amazing and my husband loved his Red Eye. The Breakfast Sammich was GREAT. I also bought some pottery (mug, candle and a bracelet). What an incredible find in downtown Fairmont!

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. My latte was delicious, the staff was so nice, the sugar cookies are amazing, the interior is so cute, like every thing about this little shop is awesome. I adore Joe n Throw and hope to visit again.
